The Company was incorporated on 14th September, 1995 as SAN GEO SERVICESLIMITED. Subsequently on 24th December, 2002 it has changed its name to SANGUINE MEDIA LIMITED, after changing its object to media related activities.

The Company initially carried on the business of seismic support services for Oil &Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) & various activities in oil exploration sector. However, during 2002, Company discontinued its oil exploration activities as the contract with ONGC expired & it could not generate any revenue from it. The Company changed its name & main object during 2003 to explore various media related activities. During August, 2003 the management of the Company was acquired by Mr. C.V.Ravi through open offer mechanism of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations. The Company came out with Rights Issue & Preferential Issue to strength capital base of the Company for acquiring various media related firms/business. During July, 2010the present management represented by Mr. Kumar R Madan has taken control ofthe management through SEBI takeover mechanism.
The Company operates as Media Company. It manages various events, including entertainment shows,product launches, customer meets, training & development programs, concerts& television events. The Company also provides rural marketing services such as rural van operation/video on wheels, market promotion, consumer contact/promotion, promotional selling, market research & trading &investment activity in shares & securities related instruments, etc.
The Company is managed by competent and professionally managed Board of Directors.
